Open Chat in the sidebar. Pick a category, a model, and type in Type a message....

Each reply shows what it cost. A result you like can go into a flow with Use in a flow.
Note
The Chat page talks to a model. To talk to one of your flows, open it and use its playground: see Run a flow.
Use Chat to find the right model
Before putting a model in a flow, try the same prompt on two or three models here and compare the answers and their cost. Then pick it in the flow's Model Call.
