Terms of use.
The plain-English version. What you can expect from chainz and what we ask of you.
The service
chainz is a family of apps. Each app has its own page on this site that says what it does, on which platforms, and whether it is available, in beta or still coming.
Your files
Your documents are yours. Unless a product says otherwise, they are stored nowhere but in your Google Drive, your organisation’s Google Workspace, or on your device, and we claim no rights over them. You are responsible for the content of the files you create, annotate and share.
Plans
Paid plans are per organisation. The Team plan is planned for 2026; its price and terms will be published before it opens.
No warranty
The apps are provided as is. We work hard to never lose your work, but we cannot promise the service will be free of errors or always available. Keep your own backups of important documents.
Acceptable use
Do not use the apps to break the law, to attack the service, or to interfere with other people’s use of it.
